I have picked up a few items for our NBBL (yes, I'm still adding to it! lol) and we really enjoyed touring this one. The always great build quality of this Australian shipyard has delivered one BLUEWATER Ocean Capable LONG-RANGE Motor Yacht. Possibly my favorite. These folks get it. Perfect design for entertaning for 4-6 guests + 2 hosts. The designers taste perfectly align with ours. Clean lines, zero clutter, & amazingly well thought out features.

Absolutely luv it. Cross between a superfast sportfisher, a long 2500nm range cruiser, and mini superyacht to entertain. Every possible usage is catered for. Over engineering where needed for strength. That skylounge is sensational self enclosed with bed and head so you can have that as a separate luxury captain quarters with his own deck WOW. This one is special.

What a great, innovative and quality build of a boat. Those Aussies know what they are doing. Great boat with all the bells and whistles. There at the top of their game. Great people also, never met a bad Aussie. Fantastic country and beautiful people. It shows in their craftsmanship that they take care and proud of what they build. Let’s not forget they are the only country that have fought and died right alongside our Service men and women in every war since they were a nation. Gold bless them and all who sail in their boats.

I have watched 100s of boat reviews. Super yachts to small open bows. Thus boat is the best designed boat I have ever seen, from the big garbage cans, to the fly bridge and range , this boat checks all the box’s. And for the money it is a great value. Now all I need is 6 million Dollars.

In oz we call the upper deck flybridge. Simply the best from oz made for the world. The good thing also about Riviera is whenever they display at boat shows all their boats are open to all to hop on and inspect and enjoy. Unlike most others by appointment or want to know your profession before they let you board.

I have to comment and I'm only part of the way through the video. This is the most "Bad to the Bone" Yacht I've seen on all of them I've watched on your channel!!! 😍🤩 The towel rack is great and I love the "hatch back" shower in the Aft part. 😎 The engine room. 🤤🤩 One door I wanted to see behind was to the right of the vice on the work bench. Fantastic boat!!

RIVIERA has gone and done it. Their fleet of coastal and harbor boats is amazing. But when they decided to go yachting, it was all in. Some makers have multi incremental versions of their vessels, fine when you are servicing the needs of all. But Rivera decided go big or go home with no in between. How Aussie - ALL OUT in all they do (having lived and worked there, I'll testify to that!). Unique in so many ways - from layout to finishes to all the amenities that most others neglect. If quality had a marketing arm it would be this RIVERA 78. And as the Flagship, I like the FLAG - Mate!

Ocean capable, has a 2,500 nautical mile range, can go fast when you need to get away from a storm or you are in a hurry, and it looks good. The more I think about it, the more sense this yacht makes.

The ladder in the chain locker implied to me that there may have been a crew quarter or lazarette in there. The floating Riviera emblem 8:06 is cool. I would make the main deck asymmetric and add another few feet to the interior. Love the finishes and the wood. Riviera makes beautiful yachts.

Great Australian boat. You don't have to walk too far to get a drink on this....... all this practicality, seaworthiness..... and FOUR BARS! and the double barbie. (we do like a drink down here you know....) We use the word ROBE on architectural drawings here to save space..... :) Cheers. S

SO, up front, I apologise I have no one to share this video with. Great tour again guys. You do this SO well. I love the tension you guys create between yourselves taking each others domains in explanations throughout a yacht. I finish each video wondering if you guys are about to break up and divorce! 😱🤣🤣🤣 ! Now I must confess, all the Riviera's I've seen and been on in the past have not been large enough for my liking, but it IS well known in Australia that they make THE yacht for offshore cruising! I LOVE what they have done with this yacht. I would seriously consider buying one of these even though I'm a catamaran type of guy! All the wonderful ideas and extra thought that has gone into making this boat comfortable, sailable, seaworthy and luxurious all in one package is insane! It just fantastic! And You nautiguys did do it justice showing it all off to us here. Love it! I wonder how many of the NBBL's seen in this vid will make it onto you own Bering? I'm still waiting for a Nautiguys video to drop. I'm assuming it won't be much longer? I hope you guys have the BESTEST new year and a wonderful and productive one taking ownership of the Bering and still being able to manage making videos for Nautistyles... I am amazed that so many of the boats you look around, have one common design fault. The Hand wash basins. The round ceramic ones are good for water conservation, but if someone turns the tap on straight to maximum, the water just slops across the bowl and overflows on the opposite side to the tap. So they either need the tap head central or very carefully calibrated pressure to the infeed. Worse than that - the concave shape, does not hold the water in rough sea conditions, like F7 + Rough, the water can slop out as the boat pitches. If someone were to vomit in the bowl it could be very unpleasant. Think about the concave shape with an inward turn towards the top or a toilet pan with an inward turned rim. That won't spill! Please don't have concave bowls on YOUR boat, or you will surely regret it. As always, a very good video of a "rather tasty" boat.

Something to add to your reviews: Shower doors that open in vs open out. This Rivera's bow stateroom's shower door opens out, allowing oversized guests to get into the shower. So many of your boat showers the door swings in leaving them no way to close the door once in the shower. Sorget how many people fit in the shower but how convenient it is to close oneself in it. On some that I see I would take to door off and have to use a shower curtain! Compare to master suite where Victoria had to scrunch to get door opened and closed!

Australian Riviera? Is the Italian Riviera brand finished? Wow guys, yet another Great motor yacht! The interior layout seems well above average, hardware @ top 95% and the woodwork reminds me of "Riviera's of the 1980s(?). You found 2 never seen before items and 2 must have Bering- 75 items, which *may be a top 5 Nautistyles review? Thie one thing this beauty is missing is 3000 mile range @ 18 knotts that you reviewed recently. The slow speed to achieve the range is not a deal breaker, due to its overall Design. PS. Rico gets a heck ya vote. Victoria quote of the day; "if you don't open, you don't know.." Merry Christmas and a Happy 2023 to nautiguys and gals all over the world...

I'm an ozzi and the world does not realize how serious a machine this riv is! This is a true blue water long range yacht! But it's the heavy seas we have that the riv smashes through! Sunseeker princess azimut etc don't come close to the build quality of this machine! This is a true yacht not a med or Florida bay boat! That's why they have covers for the bow as this smashes through big seas crashing onto the bow ! If you want a production yacht under 80 feet that will take you anywhere this is the machine for you! Nice boat. The range is just in the low end, if people have a dream of crossing the Atlantic under power, in contrast to a good list of trawler style displacement explorer yachts, as Bering and Nordhavn, but also the Leen trawler style trimarans. I got something for your NBBL: You need a home gym, so Victoria can open stuff on her own! But, at least she know her stuff, now Rico has stolen the outtakes, she can steal the helm tour.
