I picked up my 22BRZ about a month ago. I agree with everything in the review. I have owned manual cars exclusively for 20+ years and the BRZ os just tricky to be smooth with. I actually just ordered a replacement clutch spring that is supposed to make the pedal slightly heavier but add more feel. Hopefully it smooths it out. I have the loaded limited model. I like the interior, bigger wheels, better tires, steering responsive headlights and better sound system. Its well worth the cost of the upgrade.

As a former 2013 FR-S owner, it seems Toyobaru improved everything that needed attention. Solid car. I owned an ND2 Miata as well and it just didn’t speak to me like the FR-S. I wonder if waiting for the Supra manual is worth the extra coin.

I feel like Subaru has a bunch of old Honda taillights in stock, because the back end of the BRZ reminds me of a '16 Honda Accord Coupe, and the WRX looks like a '12 Civic from behind. Can't unsee now.
@K03sport2 жыл бұрын
...omg. It is a taillight styling trend. Many Japanese brands (toyota, nissan too) as well as other makes use the claw/c light design. Volvo uses the claw design too (they might have started it) . It emphasizes width and provides an elegant style. If you notice, light designs follow trends like other styling cues. And if it is successful for one brand, it quickly makes its way to other brands. It is not a Honda-only thing...even Honda emulates the hockey stick lights found on Volvo wagons and SUVs on their CR-V...

I myself (1.72 m) fit in the resr opposite seat of a 2017 GT86 with another 1.72 m guy in front of me (seat displaced, but no weird seating for the front guy, not touching knees on glovebox). The only thing, is that GR86 glovebox is sticking out way more than the GT86 one, with that strange design, and that may compromise how much you can displace the seat without knees touching, compared with the old car. Someone pointed out to this in another video...

Yes to the aux input. I just bought a new stereo head unit for my car and I insisted it had an aux input. Bluetooth is so unreliable. Definitely not. It almost does not fit a rear faving in a VW Scirocco (I have a Scirocco) and this is basically like a Golf 5/6 inside although lower. The front seat has to be waaay forward.
