Im also a routine person bc Im a creature of habit and work outside of my home. It just makes things easier and helps with memory. I learned from my mom to put a newspaper in the bottom of the trashcan. It here are any spills, leaking things or so, it is easier to clean. Same goes for the bin for empty glass containers you need to recycle. Ow and in the bin for potatoes and onions, so the paper absorbs moister :)
