Just stumbled on this great channel. I'm both a cyclist (summer) and trail runner (winter). Doing my first 10 mile race in March and then transitioning to bike racng, but back to running in fall with first road marathon in 2024! I also have a hectic job and two teenage daughters, so really like your thoughts on fitting g this into a crazy life! My goal is to break 4 hrs in my road marathon proceeded by a 50k race/ thanks again for great content. 😊
