👋 This is the all new BMW X5 xDrive 40i SUV! The new 2023 BMW X5 has awesome style especially in the green paint! The M Sport package gives it blacked out wheels and trim and looks stunning! Even with the basic turbocharged 6 cylinder engine the X5 has plenty of power and drives great! X5 is an awesome choice for the family SUV! In today's review we check out the all new 2023 BMW X5! This is a sporty BMW SUV that has both practicality and the power to back it up! The exterior has great lines and contours to give it more of an aggressive look for an SUV! While the interior has the traditional BMW materials like leather, silver trim and even massaging seats! The layout of all the controls is easy to use and it's very spacious for the whole family! For the performance of the BMW X5 40i, you have a few different settings to go into from eco pro mode with the mild hybrid system, to a sport mode! The X5 xDrive 40i is more of a mid level SUV and has a good blend of comfortable aspects and performance. The M Performance package gives it a really good look adding black trim to everything and a nice set of wheels and brakes! I love how this green paint looks in the sunlight! Interior has a nice panoramic roof and plenty of space! I love the tailgate on the 2023 BMW X5 because it's split in half. Makes it very easy to use. 2023 X5 is a great option! 2023 BMW X5 40i is a great xDrive SUV from BMW to drive! The 2023 BMW X5 40i test drive was very smooth and the 2023 X5 is a Great SUV!

@@davidrx795 You never know someone’s situation, but I wouldn’t agree with that statement because I bought my Audi R8 which cost $80K while I was making $50K at the time. Interest rates are high right now but my payment is under $1K. So if you budget right and are smart with money, you don’t have to be making twice the price of a car to afford it!

Love your reviews! To the point, has personality, and pickup on things other reviewers don’t! I was curious your thoughts on a 2021 or 2022 BMW X5 40i vs Range Rover? I would like something extremely comfortable, soft, and quiet on the freeway. I also travel on access roads and service roads so it would be nice to have some off road capability (Nothing extreme like rock crawling). Would appreciate any feedback! Thanks as always for a stellar review :)

Thanks! Both are great options! I like the Range Rovers, but I see a lot of issues pop up with them. So for me, I'd go BMW for the reliability. Range Rover will be a bit softer on road and more off road capable than the X5. But if it's more just general trail, the X5 can certainly do it well. My brother just bought a hybrid X5 and we went dirbiking with it. Trailed the bikes through some gravel roads and it was very nice.

I don’t own this car, but the interior color is a personal preference. So someone will enjoy having this and others will want something else. Doesn’t make one right over the other. If you want a more simple interior, great, but not everyone will want that either.

Despite this being the step below the M Competition, I'm surprised at how quiet the engine sounds. Talk about a smooth sounding take. Not sure why they took away the reclining rear seats but some features they're getting rid of in a lot of vehicles, is quite astonishing.

Yeah the I6 is a quiet motor in comfort mode. Weird they took away the reclining seats. Still a solid choice tho and they drive so nice!

Yeah I have a 2022 and was surprised the rear seats don't recline because the rear seats are tight without it and sit a bit upright.

Car reviewers have to stop calling everything all-new. This is not even refreshed. It's a great car, but calling it all new is the same as calling tilt wheel, and A/C features on a car with cloth seats and manual adjustments then calling that fully loaded.

I can't get my dealer to confirm whether the X5 has massaging seats as a standard feature or if that is a premium option. The website does not offer an option when you try to build a vehicle.

They don’t offer Ventilated Seats or massaging seats anymore. It was the “Luxury Seating Package” option that BMW discontinued sometimes around August’22. However, they still offer that on the X5 45e.
