Our first C8 Corvette Z06 has arrived. What a car!! This is a 2023 3LZ trim in torch red with the jet black interior. Beautiful Corvette combo. What are your thoughts??

Holy shite! The customer picking it up must be bouncing off the walls! I bought a Z06 a few years back. Black on black on black. It was deadly. I had to fly out to pick it up and when I first saw it in person I was mesmerized. The sales guy was getting me to sign stuff and giving a lot of verbal info and I don’t think I heard a thing they said. Driving home; 1,300 km’s (Winnipeg to Edmonton) in beautiful September weather, was one of the most fun times of my life. That ‘vette owner is one lucky person!

My fav car in the world. You should be able to get magnetic shock option without the ZO7 option. Black/red Leather wrapped interior with red stitching is the best. He optioned it well. 👍

Chevrolet gives free rides in the Z06 at the West Palm Beach Manheim car auction. I had the privilege a couple years ago. You ride with a professional driver and we reached 129 miles an hour on the short straight stretch only to slide it sideways and the same speed back. It was quite the rush for me!!! Only had to sign a release releasing any liability to Chevrolet.

If they only did $25k then he got off cheap. They’re going for $50-100k over at auctions. Also, some dealerships either don’t pay commission on market adjustments or they will cap it at some amount.

Nah they’ve barely built but 1k of them so far. One influencer had his blow up, probably after doing some stupid stuff with it, but not even enough of them out there to establish a trend.

Literally is 99% of my build....(I have the Torch Red calipers, carbon2 interior pkg, and carbon high spoiler - not Z07 spoiler, and two-tone seats (black/red), red seatbelts) - other than that identical. Build date is 2 weeks from now. Can't wait. Put my deposit in 11/21.

This is the fastest V8 NA vehicle on the planet and probably will remain that way with EPA regulations. Not to mention this is way more attainable at the MSRP than any other supercar and performs with cars that are are literally 6 times more expensive than this. You’re not buying this because of the name you’re paying for the performance.

These cars are junk, don't buy one! The very same day I took delivery of my 2023 Corvette Z06, and babied it on the way home, multiple systems failed, and the car crapped out, and had to be towed back to the dealership. Catastrophic failure of the left front shock assembly spewed hydraulic fluid all over my driveway, transmission surging and jerking, front lift inoperable and throwing a code, AC didn't work, and the car does not respond to key FOB commands. The technician at the shop confirmed all these problems and then the manager at the Chevy dealership said it would be weeks before he could get a shock assembly to make repairs. Completely ridiculous and unacceptable, and when I called GM and told them what happened to a brand-new car, I got nothing, but, "you'll just have to wait." I've hired a Lemon law attorney to get my money back. GM rushed to get these cars out the factory door and it shows, no quality control and poor workmanship.

Either forged aluminum or carbon fiber are the two wheel material options on the Z06. I can assure you that nothing on these cars is cheap.

@@homeofinventions Z06 with 670hp NA, mid-engine, and dual clutch transmission is going to spank both of those off the line and around a track buddy, sorry. Even if you don’t factor in the auto advantage, these cars are extremely effective at putting down all their power. The meek Stingray with 495hp hits 0-60 in under 3 seconds. Z06 hits it in 2.6 seconds and has run 1/4 miles in the mid-10’s, replicable by owners not just a Dodge pie-in-the-sky number. Your only shot is a rolling 90 in the corvette, otherwise you’re SOL.
