2023 Dodge Demon 170 Production Numbers Revealed - How Rare is Each Color & Option?

Today we have a video on the 2023 Dodge Challenger SRT Demon 170, talking about the production totals, colors, and options of the recently released Dodge Challenger SRT Demon 170. This will show which colors and options were most and least popular, as well as the extra add-ons that were available to customers. I did this way back for the 2018 Demon as well, so I’ll compare a few notes to that car as we go along.

Bro, l remember the movie! It inspired me to buy my first Challenger in 1973. A 1973 Challenger 340! I loved the Challengers but mine was a "Lemon" with a defective transmission! 😢😢

Glad I picked sinnamon stick. Nice to know there’s only 56. My car is 1127. Black leather, nav, satin hood roof trunk. No sun roof. Wish I was able to get the carbon fiber wheels.

The Frostbite color you showed in the video is actually a B5 Blue car from a dealerships website, not an actual Frostbite car. They were bashed all over the internet because of what they were asking for the car

I always wondered how rare my hellcat is. It's a 2018 yellow jacket Challenger Hellcat wide body with a 6spd. I don't see many yellow jacket Challengers.

I have a 18 challenger hellcat widebody in yellow jacket with an automatic transmission. I did some research and it looks like they made 35 yellow wide-bodies in 18. Not sure about the regular bodies

knew the one seat race car, not many orders,most buyers never go to the track,most buyers where speculaters who ordered all opts to flip,frostbite was my choice being the lowest,14 colors x3,no painted, hood only,all painted 42 possible x1seat,5 pass cloth or rear seat delete 86 possible X4 opts on the cloth int 15 combination=1290 possible, black or red leather no interest to me,,mine would have been frost bite cloth no back seat no, nav,no need on a race track, leather or18 speaker sound ,whine 3.0 super charger is my music

yes... 99 with base cloth interior , id delete the rear seat to add a cage and install race harness and a parachute, still cant see why any one wants a nav, sunroof and premium leather and 18 speaker system system on the race trac ,sad that most D 170s are fully loaded ' for the collectors "

Many UNEDUCATED or lack of experience Demon 170 owners, enthusiasts, and trolls are complaining about the speed limiter of 149 mph. 😂 Like their plan is to use this 1/4 mile drag car like a Corvette! THIS BEAST WAS NEVER INTENDED TO BE A TRACK CAR like a GT350R, etc.

I own a 21 Gold Rush Scat Pack widebody T/A 6mt (no sunroof) ...after owning a 14 RT Header Orange Blacktop 6mt..and after seeing how Dodge ran both Demon programs and their lack of anything new I want from them.. I am done with Dodge. Wonder if they will ever have a Jay Leno edition Hornet?

At the 5:29 time of your video you show that Demonic Red Seats can only be bought with select color Demons. I have a 2023 Demon painted Sublime, not listed on your select color list, with Demonic Red Leather Seats (rear seats delete). Sublime is not listed as one of your select colors for Demonic Red seats. Sorry but your video is not totally correct.

The whole point is the srt engineers made this car as light as they possibly could, they don't want you adding a bunch of unnecessary weight with a sunroof so while yes you can option it you're not really supposed to on this specific car which is designed to be the world's fastest production car

Dodge priced it so people would not want it....but when you have assholes ordering for collectors they want all options they can get........ plus the sunroof is heavy it's a race car lighter is faster.........but they didn't take into account all the scamming that took place....... now the legacy of the demon is scared and no one is going to pay what the collectors are going to be asking for them that's also why navigation was a $900 option because they thought if they put a outrageous price for them no one would order it....but to late now.
