Rosacea is a skin barrier issue and I have it, but last year I did something about it and for me it was a great thing. I had IPL treatments, you don't see instant results and I had 4 sessions, a good Dermatologist will only do that many. Within months of the procedure, when treatments where complete I really saw a massive difference. Try to use sunscreen always and use good fatty based (ceramides/peptide) enriched creams on your face to offer that skin barrier protection. I even highly recommend Seabuckthorn facial oil, rosacea really is soothed by used this.

I got a heavy bag for Christmas (I used to teach boxing) and we don’t have a gym in our new town. I usually do a Caroline Girvan workout 4-5 times a week. Now I will add 20-30 min of boxing in addition to the workouts and 1-2 full 60 min boxing routine each week! Happy new year!!

Also, I have rosacea. What helped me was a prescription cream called Solantra cream and an over the counter face lotion by La Roche-Posay Lipkar Balm AP+. I highly recommend them both!

I get that way too! Sometimes I just push myself out of it but I get into ruts all the time. Like right now I don't like getting up early, I hit the snooze everyday and I just can't seem to get up. Take it one day of a time and know that it will pass! I love a good vision board for motivation!
