I work for gm. The 1000hp mode is good for a quarter mile before you need to recharge. As the hummer weighs right around 10,000 pounds. They're very cool but if you like flooring it, you'll be charging it every 20 minutes.

$33.00 to "fill it" from 0% if charging at home. (Michigan) It's roughly 1/3 the cost per mile to drive as my Yukon. The $102.00 video was at an extraordinarily high priced Level 3 commercial charging station. Most are less than that, although still double the cost of charging at home.
