Hyundai Motors Philippines brought in the facelifted Hyundai Palisade the three-row SUV segment with upgrade looks and it comes with All Wheel Drive. This arguably has one the of best looks that stands out in the crowd. Definitely a head turner.
Front has great road presence day and night. I just can't get over the DRL design. Just awesome!
I wish we can tryout the car in the near future.

I was totally shocked that the V6-powered Everest Platinum is launching in The Land Of Smiles either this year's Thailand International Motor Expo (TIME 2022) or early 2023. There's a 0.369% chance to get it in the Philippines, when it launched as a 2024 model year, it will breach a P2.6 million mark to become the most expensive lifestyle mid-size SUV to date.🤯🤯🤯

I think I'd just spend the extra and buy the grey market Top Spec version. Very disappointing that they don't bring in the better version with the safety tech. Subaru can bring in the Evoltis which has all the safety tech, including adaptive cruise etc, for less than this model. Once I'm paying over 3 million I expect the latest safety features to be available.

I think our hiace sg elite has a lower price than this by a few 100 G's but I think it's better. When you buy vehicles with over P3M price tags, surely you can afford to have a driver. It may be boring to drive a hiace but I don't care, I'm not the one driving. 😅 Sg elite has more seats (w/ 4 captain seats) and a bigger cargo area.

I cancelled my reservation when I saw this personally. Why Hyundai have to remove 3rd roow auto folding, rear view camera, rear tailgate garnish. The price is even top trim in the US but I Understand the taxes etc. not worth for me.

I just don't understand why they bring in these "poverty pack" specials for the money they charge. No safety tech or adaptive cruise on any of their units here. Once you're charging that much for a car, you might as well bring in the variants with the safety tech. You don't need 4x4 for the market here, just save that money and give the luxury features you expect to get for nearly four million pesos.

What does the Palisade have that the Everest, Terra, Montero, and Fortuner; don't have. For that price point and that engine (not even a V6), it's way overpriced. The mid size SUV's here are becoming more Luxurious but still under 3Million. What are you doing Hyundai Ph

Plus, getting down from Everest, Terra, Montero, and Fortuner has different vibe when compared with the Palisade. @@SoJooCars I really like the Hyundai line ups in Korea, especially the Santa Fe. But what we get here is too overpriced and too stripped down. Historically speaking we were always getting Hyundai products here that way. The price is higher than its competitor with similar specs. Case in point the Palisade. It has almost similar output with Everest and others, they all have 3 rows, the dimensions are roughly the same, the techs are almost the same. My point is, is the more than 1Million difference justifiable? What are your thoughts?

@@KuchingKingVideoGamer I understand that. But some of those you mentioned have bigger engines. And even if you opt out for a smaller engine, it won't amount to 3.7m. It's high time that we demand more from Hyundai since they are charging more while giving less. Hyundai and Kia are known as game changers in other countries while being cheaper than most rivals. But here it's the other way around. We as a consumer should demand, cause most of the time, we will never get what we don't ask for.
