I just bought one... You didn't mention that Smart is a combination of all of those features ... When you need power you got it... comfort mode does change steering along with transmission. It has downhill assist in the mountains. Ambient lighting (with a color wheel) Each driver gets their own profile ... seat, mirrors, ambient lighting, driving mode, dash configuration and radio presets EQ and volume. The rear seats recline and are heated. The ride is very much contingent on tire pressure... Max pressure stiff ride (more road noise) two pounds down softer- quieter 3lbs down softer still and quieter. Loaded up to the Max GVWR - 35 psi rides softer. 3500lbs towing capacity. I test drove the Mercedes 250 GLA 300 GLC Audi Q3 BMW X1 and X3... The Calligraphy was quieter and rode nicer. Also more HP & torque with the exception of the AMG / M series motors and significantly higher prices ... Also you didn't mention the option to move the vehicle forward and backwards without being inside of it... It's not remote parking but very useful. The Hyundai Santa Fe Calligraphy was a total stand out-especially with the price... 🤷🏻‍♂️ The 2024 gets a total redesign, is longer and has the 3rd row seat... Thanks for the review ☺️

I just purchased the Sante Fe in the "Limited" trim and ride quality is excellent. My only complaint would be the infotainment system is a tad sluggish at times.

At 15:35 what you are describing are gaps in the powerband. The hybrid reportedly does not have these gaps in powerband, as the electric motor fills in. So the hybrid is likely to have a smoother acceleration.

I just bought a 2023 Santa Fe calligraphy and I agree 20 inch wheels makes the ride quality suffer. everything else is excellent and I would buy it again.

Road noise? I am considering the Limited mainly because of the narrower tires and smaller wheels. Wide tires don't do well in the snow belt.
