2023 Liam O'Flynn Award | Strangeboy | NCH

The National Concert Hall and The Arts Council / An Chomhairle Ealaíon are excited to announce Limerick rap and hip-hop artist Strange Boy (aka Jordan Kelly) as this year’s winner of the Liam O'Flynn Award.
The award consists of a bursary of €15,000 and a residency at the National Concert Hall allowing Strange Boy a period artistic reflection to innovate, collaborate and create new work to be performed at the NCH bringing the traditional arts to new, more diverse audiences.
The Liam O'Flynn Award was created in memory of the late piper Liam O’Flynn, who passed away in 2018 and is presented by National Concert Hall, Dublin, Ireland in partnership with Arts Council Ireland.
