I love practicing habits that keep me successful, organized, and SANE lol (Especially as a young entrepreneur) so I thought I'd share some things I do in the evening to help me have a productive morning and dynamic day. You can find really cheap ($8-$30) silk pjs in ROMWE, Shein, and other fast manufacturing online shops but they’re prices are cheap because the silk is also mixed with other fabrics such as polyester; which is not good for the environment and it reduces the feeling of silk.

Invest in the stock market, primarily in dividend paying stocks. Investing in real estate seems like a full time job. You have to renovate the property and deal with tenants 24/7. With dividend paying stocks, I only have to do basic research, hold and put money every week. It's really easy to manage. If you have the time and patience, real estate would seem like a good investmemt
