Just had to take a whole year off…. Lost nearly 45 lbs and it’s been TT every day. Can’t wait to get cleared to start slanging some iron again. Great stuff. Dave looks great!

I love these, you have so many good insights and inputs, its not just a video of some meathead lifting and saying "WOOH THAT WAS HARD, BLOOD SWEAT AND TEARS MAN!" Keep these coming and keep posting those shorts you been posting on instagram from these with little educational snippets, thats how i got reminded of these. GOOD WORK, Im missing those troponin podcasts though, they are great as well! KEEP ON TRUCKING!
