The Model S Plaid you are showing does not have carbon ceramic brakes. While it is true that you can purchase carbon ceramic brakes for a Tesla, this car does not have them, nor can you order a Tesla Model S Plaid with CCBs from the factory. The only way to obtain CCBs is to buy them from Tesla after you take delivery of your Tesla.

I can confirm this as well. Carbon ceramic brakes do not come with the 2023 MS Plaid. The track package should be an option at the time ordering but is currently not. Btw, I upgraded from the 21 to 23 Plaid and it seems like the default brakes are better on the outgoing 23 model. They are now red painted calibers as opposed to black on the older one. Can someone confirm the standard default brakes have changed from the standpoint of performance?

It’s not an “issue”. When you put down 1000HP, they wear out naturally. It’s just a fact.

It is more practical to put the washer fluid into, however surely some people may spill it and being right next to the storage space could mean the contents inside have potential to get wet. It has its pros and flaws!

Those are standard brakes not carbon.. you need minimum of 20" wheels to fit the ceramic

got the 19's?? Nooooooo 😭😭 Also enough cargo room for the average grocery trip? You can get a mountain bike into the rear (seats down) without removing the front wheel. It has a huge amount of cargo space for a sedan.

19s are great because of the extended range if that’s what your focus/lifestyle is with this car. And yes, tons of cargo space especially for a sedan.
