As someone who listens to every single podcast of Matt’s, I promise I don’t care about story repeats LOL if I genuinely didn’t want to hear it again, I’d skip, but I love how you guys are able to enthusiastically retell a story and I feel like we hear a different opinion on the story every time.

I totally understand not knowing the signs of a stroke but when Mike says he didn't know that's what Bo Burnham was talking about I kinda lol'd because Bo literally says "if you start to smell burning toast you're having a stroke" so I feel like he was pretty clear 😂

The BIGGEST problem with Mrs. Meyers Snowdrop, is they don't sell a large bottle for refills, like the other scents. EVERY year I HAVE to buy like 5 bottles to last me through fall/winter. I just can't afford to buy enough for the whole year. I dreeeeaaaam of a day when I can be important enough to get on Mrs. Meyers PR list so I can an endless supply of Snowdrop handsoap.

It's currently 54 where I live in Tyler,Texas. It's supposed to be 59 on Thanksgiving on Thursday for the high and be 40 in the morning in Bullard,Texas when I leave from dog sitting to go do Thanksgiving at my Grandpaw's for the day. I love all of the holiday scented soaps at Bath and Body Works. I literally just got a couple of the twisted peppermint and a winter candy apple hand soaps.Got a Mrs. Meyer's peppermint one as well.

If you read a book you are hearing your voice in your head and any inflection in your head voice of what your eyes are seeing. If your are listening to a audio book someone else makes the inflection for you. If its more or less than what you would have interpreted then it changes the experience of the book for you.

I was just listening to the audio of this and i HAD to come to youtube to say, some people have processing issues where reading a book is impossible for them and they can only get through MAYBE one chapter without having to take a break or reread what they just read. Audio listeners are VALID

They have infrared heaters that aren’t gas powered and they’re at tons of places. I spec them for most of my clients patio seating at restaurants. You may have seen them and not known they were infrared heat ❤

You do need to let food cool down, the temperature danger zone is a 100% real thing anyone who is servesafe certified learns and there are clear guidelines to getting food into a safe temperature before refrigeration or freezing

My favorite laundry detergent is The Laundress Detergent. A little goes a LONG way. I also stay away from fabric softener. It leaves a film on your clothing (the softness you feel) and that film holds on to dye from other clothes and smells. YUCK. I also agree with Mike about dryer sheets. They just cost money and you shouldn’t have much static unless you’re over dying your clothes. Just cut down on dry time and intercept them right as they dry.

Gordon Ramsey says you don’t want to put HOT food in the fridge. Once it’s room temp or cooler to the touch you can put it away. It was in an episode of kitchen nightmares cuz he was pointing out the different things that could happen but I don’t remember all them hahaha.

From someone who's had kids, yes it is very common to have a miscarriage first .. The doctors say it's your body preparing for a health birth .. who knows if the reason is true but it's very common

I agree with 99.999% of mikes takes but there are studies that show the difference in experience and retention when it comes to reading v listening. and i am a listener as well so I’m not even biased….reading and listening are different and reading is more effective to “transmit information” sorry Mike

I don't think it's known to have shame attached to a miscarriage more for abortion. I have three adult kids currently but I also had a miscarriage and I've never heard or been made to feel shame.
