I think it's "worth it" especially since I bought one of the Nightshade editions. It's an excellent run-around car & far more stylish than you might imagine. The only thing I didn't like was something that I had changed at purchase... I added the factory accent lights... Which was a big improvement (in looks) and added actual functionality to that area of the car. The bronze "TRD" style wheels are much nicer than advertised and really set this Camry apart from other trim packages. All in all, I'm VERY pleased!

I really like this almost exactly as it is here, if I could get one when I am ready to, but even the SEs are scarce at this time. The only real thing I don't like about it is the nice wheels. They look great, but, the 19" wheels look too big/tall, and low profile for my tastes, and I heard they they are much more prone to damage in bad potholes and such. I forgot if the wheels of the TRD and these wheels are the same type are forged or cast aluminum. I wish it came in 18". I will probably look to get an SE, same color with the black out interior emblems, and door chrome window trim blackout. And I prefer the greater structural integrity and smooth looks and no potential water leaks and corrosion problems of the sunroof. If I can get all the options of the convenience package without the sunroof, like this car, that would be ideal, but even the base FWD Nightshade SE or SE with the black out trim in this color would be perfect for what I would want and need. This engine may not have the power of the V6, great that both are naturally aspirated, but it's less expensive and easier to service, and is more than sufficient to me, with reliability, durability, dependability and longevity with proper maintenance and TLC. And there's so much high tech innovation in this engine for optimal performance, and proper running condition and the aforementioned benefits. Watch the two part video about this engine by Toyota Master Diagnostinc Technician AMD, on his KZbin channel, The Cat Care Nut. What's great is that it doesn't have the dreaded auto start/stop, ha map storage pockets behind both front seats, a rarity now. And I'm not sure if it had it in previous years, but the 2023 SE has an OEM front strut tower brace for improved handling. All around, probably the most dependable and reliable mid sized sedan, especially for the price range, compared to lots of much more expensive reliability and longevity issues. The brand new Honda Accord looks really nice, and looks super long, with nice styling inside and out, with a lot of innovative tech features, but only offered with the 1.5L turbo and 2.0L hybrid engine configurations. And seems to be much more expensive than the Camry. It also looks good in white with the black out trim, but the Reservoir Blue SE Night edition looks the best IMHO, and compliments the bronze finish wheels.

It's not worth it. I can get more features in the KIA K5 GT-Line than this Camry SE Nightshade Edition for a little less. Although, the Camry has more horsepower. It's interior is giving me Enterprise Rental Car vibes with that cheap looking 7 inch infotainment screen and monotone bland interior color and dash layout.

And have your car easily stolen too so you might save a little more money but you gonna pay it forward having to fish your car out of a ditch also k5s are around the same price

@@Ghostlore First of all, my model is NOT on the list for it to be stolen. 2nd of all, it's a 2022. And the ones that are easily stolen are the models from 2015-2021 with KEY IGNITION! I have a push start with all the technology I need. I can even track down my car location and give access to my car to anyone by an app. So your comment is soo irrelevant to me. And the K5 is not around the same price as this Camry. I have receipts!

@@Ghostlore 2023 Toyota Camry SE Nightshade Edition is $30,615 MSRP. 2022 KIA K5 GT-LINE starts at $26,490 MSRP. That's over $4,000 difference! So explain to me how it's around the same price and still get more amenities than the Camry?

@@jraheemjefcoat429 you not including current inflation destination charge and markup also gt line get the same stuff the only thing you don’t get is a pana roof also Toyotas are known for being reliable and long lasting k5 is not in fact so the k5 getting killed off soon while camry isn’t so that speaks volumes plus like I said before k5s are easily broken into currently so I’ll spend that 4k extra knowing that a thief can’t just steal my car using a usb cable because of the k5 cheap materials

@@Ghostlore Like I said, it's the models that don't have a push start ranging years from 2015-2021.. I'm happy and satisfied with my purchase. I have no regrets. I didn't feel like I'm settling. And yes, Camry is known for their reliability. But, it doesn't negate the lackluster features. Also, the Reviewer on this channel just purchased a GT-Line about a month. Obviously, he has good taste.
