This could be the best video I have ever watched in trail running.....maybe on KZbin ever. I don't even have words so I'm not going to try. Amazing!

Absolutely incredible video. Incredible! Incredible effort, incredible crew, incredible grit, incredible everything. How do you tap into that "never say die/stay hard" part of your mind? Seriously...how? There's people out stumbling over any little inconvenience and you're in these streets DOING THE DAMN THING! How??? Incredible!

To be fair, there are plenty of days where I still (and often) stumble over a little inconvenience! Finishing a 200 miler obviously takes physical strength and resilience, but more than anything it takes mental conditioning. I guess this comes from putting yourself in uncomfortable situations in life and training and pushing through. Like Salome says in the video, you have to know that it's not going to be shit forever and will get better. It's a learnt behaviour I think anyone can develop :)
