Sony introduced it's new APS-C camera - the a6700 - back in July. The initial reviews were very positive, so I upgraded from my a6400 in mid August. A couple of days later, I was out shooting waterfalls and getting used to the new camera. Water levels have been very low in this area since we got back from our Washington trip, so I haven't been out as much as usual. This video features Sunburst, Sam Branch, and Wash Hollow Falls which were the first waterfalls I visited. They are followed by Looking Glass Falls, Cove Creek Falls, and finally Bridal Veil Falls in DuPont State Forest.
All clips were shot with the a6700 except the last one where I used my GoPro10 to go behind the veil. Settings on the a6700 were XAVC - S 4K 30p S-cinetone except for one clip of Wash Hollow Falls that was 120p. I used the Sony ECM-XYST1M external mic plugged in so I could control the gain.
