2023 Yamaha Zuma 125 - 1 year review

Iam hoping to pick up a 2024 zuma here this week, just getting a idea of its capabilities, best of wishes for you on your adventures!

I absolutely love it! I choose it over a ATV, and dual sport motorcycle. I have another video of it I just put out a few days ago. It handles very well off road.

what kind of bag is that? the one you mounted on the handlebar? that looks perfect for small stuff like phone/wallet etc.

How's it handle that soft gravel thanks , I'm like you been looking at a tw200 or a honda navi or honda ruckus the zuma 125 seems ideal

It handles really well. I think it is the best one for off road out the 3 you mentioned. I looked at those other 2 as well and it has plenty of power.

@TheRuralMinnesotaGuy cool yeah just by looking at the stock tires there kinda knobby anyways sure you could get probably more grippy tires as well the navi you can buy knobbies as well but the suspension on the zuma and the fuel injected carb I mean idk can't beat sometimes the carb like the tw200 or navi you might be fumbling around with it on cold days or if it sat while the carb might get some build up with it like an older style bike so with your opinion on them all 3 I can kinda see why you choose that one I'm gonna takeanother look at my local dealer and see what the rates are out here 👍

List was $3,400, but $5,200 out the door, which was way cheaper than the other small vehicles I was looking, especially a Polaris Ranger!

I did look at a Honda 49cc, but it was not fast enough for my area. If you live in the city and don’t need to go faster than 30, then that may work for you? This one I had on the highway at a max speed of 62.

@TheRuralMinnesotaGuy Yeah thanks for the otd price. I went to a yamaha dealer this morning, list is 3200 but after delivery, tax , fees, it would be 5000. Feels like a bait n switch on website pricing.

Yep! That sounds about right! Don’t know why they just don’t put that out the door price up front? The biggest fee is the destination fee, which is $1200+ All dealers do this 🤷🏻‍♂️
