Hello! I just wanted to say I greatly appreciate your thoughts and analysis of the Zuma 125, this video and your in depth one. From a delivery couriers perspective and just really getting a good look at the scooter it gave me the best visual grasp of what makes it good compared to the Ruckus (which I ride) and the concerns people have made regarding it, such as the seat and the suspension. I've been letting the Zuma 125 grow on me, but can't say "I love it!" from afar. Your opening remarks introduced me to 2024 Honda ADV160 and it has me excited to go check that out and start planning for it. I hear you about the Ruckus.. its fun, it gets the job done, but it lacks in acceleration and isn't practical on roads over 35mph. Enter the Zuma 125. But then, if the complaint is about the seat and the suspension then the ADV160 looks to me to address those for only a few hundred more. And I love the tech on it! It might even really even be a toy for that line of work. lol. Anyways.. Appreciate you!

I had a number of scooterс too and the wheel size and how wide they are is one very debatable question. My favorite from the small scooters as wheel size was my very old Suzuki Epicuro 150 /similar style to the PCX/ With thick tires, 13 in front, 12 in the back. Now i am running 90-16" on my Sym Symphony SR and they are very good too.. The scooter that had before, Kymco grand dink 250.. Was on the sizes of the Zuma and the front felt too small for the scooter's size.

If you don't want the bag right against you, you can put a 3/4 inch piece of wood under your rack and that will give it some riggitity so don't bounce on the back and you can move it all way back and get in your seat without removing the bag

Just for reference..the new 2023 pcx 160s are going to be discontinued in favor of adv 160 and possibly, from what iam hearing pcx is going away to make room for possibly the adv 350, we'll see, but 2023 pcx 160s have 130mm rear tires and 120 front tires same as adv 160!

I've been riding a Chinese Zuma clone for the last 2 years, a Senling 150, 4000 miles on it so far. Trying to see if buying the real deal, a Yamaha, is worth it. The Senling was much cheaper, $1200 with a $250 delivery fee right to my door. It runs good but has weird problems. The kickstand is broken due to metal fatigue. That is pathetic IMO. It has not broken off but bends when you try to use it. Worked until about a month ago then began to bend. I will need to get it welded to fix it. So I have to use the center stand when I park. The passenger foot peg on the right side is stuck shut. Unusable. I cannot figure out why. Another thing about the Chinese bike I hate are the brake lever/mirror/control assemblys are constantly coming loose. I have to remove the hand protecters and tighten them every 2 weeks or so. It is extremely annoying. Otherwise it is a great bike. There are things I like about it I like a lot. The Senling I have used as a dirt bike quite a bit too. It handles off road very well. Very lightweight, plenty of power. I weigh 275 pounds. I have no trouble carrying my 140 pound son as a passenger. Amazing how much it looks like a real Zuma. I know the Zuma gets better gas mileage and is faster with a smaller engine. But the Senling has a great luggage package I got for $250. It can haul a lot of stuff. I do not see the mounting points on the Zuma for the luggae package. And what is the weight of the Zuma? The Senling is just over 200 pounds. Top speed on my Senling 150 is 50 mph on flat, about 44 mph with my son on the back on flat. It gets about 70 mpg. Also a 1.6 gallon fuel tank. I've heard the Zuma 125 will easily do 60 mph with 100 mpg mileage. My 150 is an older model with a front disc brake and the rear is drum which is not as good. It is also carburated rather than fuel injected.

ive been curious about the chinese zuma clones. I wouldnt mind getting one to see how good it is. The zuma i had i sold it, but it rode perfectly. In contrast my pcx150 has 27k miles and rides perfectly. Thanks for sharing

Zuma is a better bike. Looks in person are good. They don’t photograph well
