Marcus - I have been watching you for quite some time since 2021, and really I love seeing the "raw" clips of you grinding putting in the hours on what we deem "monotonous" tasks. You and the team's discipline shows, and I love seeing your fitness and running journey because I myself as a 25 year aim for the same along with some career aspirations. I can definitely go into this. unfortunately when the relationship with Saucony started we weren't filming much but on a go forward basis I can try and get everything documented from day 1

i would love an app for minted, an app where there are clothes but also a community portion where people can share their health journey in terms of exercise, food, accomplishments, etc. i’ve always been motivated by sharing with others, it could be fun, im sure it’s already in the works!

Love the idea on how to stack on being better and internalizing being great at a young age. I think you are great in the accomplishments you have at this point. There is always BETTER and GREAT, you aren't an Olympian. It is ok being able to so better complete at GREAT for what most people think is unachievable since they have never tried to be perfect. The perfect grind will always be that carrot on the end of the stick and as long as you can chase the grind before work, family, and bullshit (when you really care about these factors) will become a roadblocks. I hope you can push through stronger than most and be my inspiration moving forward.

I don’t think this is the right fit for the channel / biz right now, but Signal Snowboards used to have a series on their channel called Every Third Thursday where they’d rapid prototype a crazy board idea each month and then go ride it. Something that showed their creativity + production muscle with a weird idea. Maybe a future series of design sprints to bring a limited capsule tank to market or something?
