I have really flat and wide feet, almost every time I need to spend hours to find a shoe, except if I choose Hoka. Pretty much every Hoka shoe is really wide and fits my feet really well, I think almost every shoe I have is a Hoka shoe now. Would have loved to try out something from Nike, but they literally told me they don't have a show that fits me after trying for like half an hour in the store...

Im a big guy, 265lbs, use to be 372lbs when i run my stomach claps. Ive found i have to wear an inexpensive triathlon suit to 1. Add some compression to the stomach to keep it in check. 2. The spandex legs really helps control chaffing 3. It creates a barrier that prevents nipple chaffing. And 4. I dont wear shorts so it gives me pockets for gels and my truck key.

Great video! I like the tip about doing more long runs.. I feel like I’ve been focusing too much on speed lately running 5-6miles, so I need to get back on the long run grind. Also, for gear, I’m definitely going to get a pair of those unicorn socks. I use some Stance performance run socks right now and really like those too. I also just picked up a pair of Endorphin Speed 4’s and they’re awesome.

don't take the recommendation of his shoes. The roattion is great idea but each shoes have specificity that are up to you. My training shoes need low drop and must make my big toes work to regain mobility and train my calf. I have some level of pronation when I run. What i run with might not be ok for someone else. Go see a podiatrist. mine actually also have a shop and does a lot of running himself.
