No they didn’t, opened back up. I think something went wrong with production or they found a fatal flaw. They said October 1st they’re shipping out, well almost middle of November

No when sharpening. When you reach the tip of the knife you DONT want to follow all the way through with the stones. You want to stop in the MIDDLE of the stone, why? So you do not roll the tip.
