We need full race replays especially of these superdraft races with the full MRN/PRN calls
@MarkPentler2 ай бұрын
The only downside is that on reaction videos from NASCAR newbies I have to keep telling people that it's a radio call and that's why they're talking so much One day I may turn down the audio on the tv and listen to MRN instead, but that's hard given I'm in Scotland.

Sports commentary for radio is orders of magnitude different than calling sports on TV. More words, constant talking.

That's a bit unfair. He's a good announcer. They're doing different jobs.

I wouldn't mind Leigh Diffy and Dave Moody the MRN announcer working in the same broadcast

They just don’t scrub off anything on these paved runoffs.
@thinblueline63215 ай бұрын
Every time one of these cars flip only one of the flaps come up, they should both come up to keep the car down
@pummupenguin36445 ай бұрын
The left side flap woudnt do anytbinf if it came up because the car is sideways , the whole reason it doesn’t come up in the first place is because air isn’t reaching that part of the roof due to the right side roof flap blocking it , which proves the left side roof flap being forced up would do nothing as there would be no air to spoil for that roof flap .
@STP43FAN15 ай бұрын
Joey Logano and the other drivers need to stop saying “it’s Speedway racing” because it’s specific drivers causing the wrecks.
When will they realize the roof flaps are contributing to the side of the car lifting and collecting more air under the car
@tylerpowers4535 ай бұрын
I think it has more to do wirh the rear diffuser. It helps air exit when going straight but when turned around backwards it creates a ram air effect lifting the car. But its only when they're past 90°. During the josh barely class. Cindric got light but stayed on the ground. He was basically exactly at 90°
@jefftetro99385 ай бұрын
@@tylerpowers453 After slowing down alot of these replays I've noticed the same thing I 100% agree with you! They either have to modify the diffuser or just get rid of it
@tylerpowers4535 ай бұрын
@@jefftetro9938 i think there is still a place for the diffuser. What they could do is almost do a reverse ram air intake. Between the ridges of the diffuser put an air tunnel that goes up the roof with a roof flap covering it. When they are spins around past 90 the roof flap would open and basically cause downforce when the car is going backwards helping force it down. When the car us going forwards the roof flap would stay down and block the opening causing no issues
@Jbubbs25 ай бұрын
The floor and the diffuser need to go. These aren’t v8 supercars from Australia. These tracks are too open
@jefftetro99385 ай бұрын
@@Jbubbs2 I honestly think the flat bottom plate and the flaps on the roof n hood helps the car from getting really airborne yes maybe they can improve the plate as well like put valleys on the bottom plate and like @tylerpowers453 is saying modify the diffuser to try to direct the air in certain directions to escape. This car may have some flaws but much safer then last gen cars and back.

@rooster728865 ай бұрын
Gotta say nascar idea of this car is failing still to this day. cup cars gone airborne in the last two races yet nascar claims the bigger spoilers and deployable flaps and a sealed underbody and rear defuser was to keep these cars grounded yet it hasn't point is you can never account for how the accidents and angles happen because we'll Murphy's law showed yall last night what goes up must come down glad nobody got hurt or killed for some simple views
@JackLikesTrackhouse5 ай бұрын
Well guess what? Berry was completely fine after this as was LaJoie last week. The underbody is definitely creating these issues but the drivers are very well protected
@rooster728865 ай бұрын
@@JackLikesTrackhouse yes they were fine but my point is nascar will never be able to prevent airborne crashes so if that's all you got to argue is nobody got hurt then we ain't talking because I'm looking at the bigger pic not just a few events
