Ford is the only one that offers a regular cab on a half ton frame you can still get a ram 2500 and 3500 regular cab. I will admit the ford is the nicest.

Did Chevy and GMC axe their regular cabs for 2025? I still see both offer regular cab standard or long beds for their 2024 model lineup.

I’m a fan of this rear suspension setup as I have a 2024 RCSB. Few questions: The rear lift block looks to be removed. Did you reuse the 4WD u-bolts? Wouldn’t 2WD u-bolts be preferred when removing the blocks?Was the pinion angle an issue when removing the block? Any shims needed? What was the difference in height in the rear when swapping to the gen 2 Raptor leaf pack and removing the blocks and the stock setup? Specifically center of axle to bottom of fender. Were 2WD bump stops installed ?

Back to the 35" spare tire fitting in the original spare's space. I assume the 35" doesn't actually fit into the cubby hole? My 34" didn’t on my 2022.

This truck has a 35" spare. We've had no problem fitting a 35" spare in all F-150s from 2018-2024. We can even fit a 37" in stock location with just an exhaust modification.

I am certainly not a single cab or XL trim level guy... but this is looking real sharp. I would love to see this with a gen 3 coil sprung rear. Is this something that may be done later or are the leafs still competitive vs. coil springs?

Just the leaf spring. We actually lowered the rear from factory height.

When the active air dam was removed is there anything special which needed to be done with the plug-in wire? Does that cause any lights to go off on the dashboard? Also was that little air dam motor thing get removed as well? Sorry, if my question sounds dumb. I am not a mechanic or anything. Just looking to remove the air dam from my 24 F-150.

@@crimsoninscription no lights on dash and yes we removed the motor. Just cover the open plug so water doesn’t ever get in and you’ll be all good

Any rubbing full lock left and right with the 35" tires? I have a 2020 f150 with the same suspension setup running 17" wheels with what appears to be close to the same toffset at the truck in your video. I am currently looking for fresh rubber and was wondering if 35" would fit my truck with out crash bar mods. The tires I am running now are nito ridge grapplers 285/70r17. Thoughts? Many thanks!

No, you will have to remove front crash bar I'm sure. The 2024s don't have the crash bars in front anymore.
