I definitely see the method to the madness here. A lot of fans flipped out when they heard Deboer would be playing music at practice because they associated it with taking it easy and trying to have fun instead of win games. On the contrary, it appears to be keeping the pace moving along by promoting increased energy during position drills when- as anyone who's ever played football before knows this -those are always the most half-assed part of practice

They're cranking Stranglehold at practice?! Oh hell yeah! I'm already liking this Deboer guy more than I already was

I love seeing DeBoer working with the offense in drills. He’s getting after them.

Sampson real good at throwing that short route over the middle, that long ball is looking good for Milroe, he definitely can throw it 80 yards. Roll Tide.

I'm a little concerned they practice in the morning instead of the late afternoon when it is hottest like they used to. I remember Saban had a strict rule that you couldn't put your hands on your hips or complain that it was too hot.
@GrayGamer6 ай бұрын
Practicing in the morning has a similar effect as they have less energy early on. It will also prepare them better for morning football games too.

You do realize Alabama one of the hardest road games first is at Wisconsin early game, right?
