I'm from Los Angeles California and daughter, grand daughter and nice of Holocaust survivors. In my mother's family when we are the children were small the all they survive was a tabu till I became older and my late uncle mothers oldest brother start to answer to my questions.Till my mother was with me she never spoke about Holocaust and what her family were thru. Unfortunate this May I lost my mom and I don't have whom to ask about the horor what all of you want thru. Thank you very much for sharing your story because all of you are the last generation who can share with us our history. Dear Mr. Jampoler I wish you be healthy up to 120.🙏

Mr Jampoler, you are truly amazing. Listening to your family story of survival is so heartbreaking, yet it is history that must be heard and felt, and we can do that through your words. I pray for a better world. God bless you, sir. Houston, Texas USA

Boy in the blue striped pajamers and book thief..have given me deeper understanding of this horror.... A German couple who live in Capetown often visited the Cape Town Holocaust & Genocide Centre ...They seem to carry a load of historical debt...I could never ask them, as I suspect they were hiding something horrific.
