It was a really good and informative test. Lots of information, interesting form without tiresome talking, a few non-obvious curiosities, really really cool. Good job!

I drive my Kuga purely on electricity between 80 and 100 km. The actual record was 101 km in Munich. I love this car. I previously had a Jeep Compass and before that an Octavia RS 4x4. The Kuga PHEV drives nearly like an Octavia RS, but it's a 1900kg SUV. The engine and transmission are great. You don't notice the gear changes at all and the change between petrol and electric is barely noticeable. With the Jeep, switching from electric to petrol was like suddenly having a trailer on the back. With the Kuga, the PHEV is perfectly tuned.

This is the best review i have seen on this car. Nobody else mentions the link with Toyota and Mazda running gear. I have the full hybrid version. The Toyota and Mazda engineering is what gave me confidence this car would be a good long term proposition. Outstanding car. Outstanding review. Many thanks 👍

Good review, thanks. I also deplore the absence of driving mode buttons on the center console but you have a shorcut for the drive modes....o the right of the volume button and it's a little more practical than entering the menus Before I had the 225ps version, the new one is better to drive, and faster. His consumption is lower as the 225ps version. I find that the 2024 FL is more accomplished. and I'm really happy to drive her, whatever the route.

Very good test review! I watch your tests also on the other channel, and I want to congratulate you for the way that you explain and review cars. I have one question: I know that other car manufacterers on their plug in systems don't let the battery completely zero as you mentioned also on the Kuga, but if you are in this situation and it shows on the display that it is almost drained completely and you are kick down in a full acceleration or you are in sport mode, the electric motor still gives power as well?
@GabrielNica2 ай бұрын
@@dandumitrescu8545 yes. It always has buffer at its disposal for sudden bursts of acceleration

which one is more durable an ecvt or a 7 speed dsg drive train and what are the advantages of the dsg ?
@GabrielNica2 ай бұрын
@@artivideobup8743 the DSG will be more fun to drive, and that's about it. The E-CVT is a lot more durable, but it does have a specific feeling that's not to everyone's taste.

@@GabrielNica if you have to chose between the ford kuga phev active x and the hyundai tucson phev n line which gives the more value for money ? by the way great review 😃

@@artivideobup8743 If your country has a lot of cold weather, choose wisely. Tucson PHEV cannot warm its interior and remain habitable without ICE; it depends on it.
