I am currently in the "every video every day" phase. Current daily is a sti swapped 2011 Forester. The Corolla, minus the poor hatch dimensions, seems like the best compliment or replacement. Thanks for uploading!

Honda Fit, the seats go flat, vertical 50/50, it smokes this in practicality, that's about it. GRC smokes it in everything else lol. I might get this and replace my MT 2017 GK5 Fit, it's at 300k miles, lived life like a boss, but it's time for an upgrade, this is like a Fit but better + AWD + turbo + smaller displacement. GG.

Ok, adding honda fit to the flat seat fold list ✔️ Iv heard the honda fit handles pretty good so I'm sure you would love a gr corolla. Congrats on 300k. They just don't make em like they used to lol

I have the 2023 Core Model, and it has all of the upgrades except what the Circuit Edition does. I'm happy, and I love this car! The amount of power, the driving modes, and AWD just make it one of the best on the road.

Congrats! Haha you're right I have been watching every video. I am dead-set on getting a Blue Flame Circuit edition though. I have a couple premiums for sale in my area for MSRP but every time I find a Blue Flame GR it is sold before I call. If I don't have it by the summer I may "settle" for a premium, but damn that Blue Flame is pretty close to my favorite color. So amped up to finally get it when I do. Behaving during the break-in is going to be so hard, but I plan on driving this car for a long time so I need to treat it special.

Thanks! It worth it to wait it out imo because it's such a great car and you'll love it so much that if you get a premium you probably still trade it in for a CE when it comes around. Either way, it's very hard to be easy on the break in but I am staying good and only about 300 more miles for me. It's comes quick 👍🏼

I've been on the waiting list for a Circuit Edition "Heavy Metal" since April 2022. I did not get it! So now the dealer told me that they are expecting a Circuit Edition "Blue Flame" soon. I live in SoCal and the Port of entry is Texas. Most of the cars are on the East Coast.

@@juliostoopen8869 I think I got a "Blue Flame" GRC out of state! The dealership took a deposit on it to hold it until this weekend for me. Picking it up Saturday morning! Pretty small markup and only because I bought it out of market. So excited.

Does that shift knob come standard with the premium?

There are certain options. Mine did. You have to look at the options list from the dealer. It read "core grade shift knob - $150" port installed option

Haha! My '06 Toyota Matrix folds its rear seats completely flat, too. Thanks for providing the first coverage of the Premium trim - hoping to make the leap (from my Matrix) eventually.

Awesome thanks for letting me know. I actually never seen the rear seats do that before. Is it a Toyota thing? It really helps maximize overhead space when piling stuff in there. If you make the leap you won't regret it!
