Prefer my 2023 model..I'd rather have a quick shifter than a auto clutch and a gel insert on riders seat would be nice or something that makes riding long kms a bit more tailbone/prostate friendly 😅😅

"E-clutch" is dumb. They should have given us all of the electronics from the CB750 i.e. RBW throttle, up & down quick shifter with auto-blipping, adjustable TC, wheelie control etc. The main thing for me is the up and down quick shifter. I want to buy one of these but I'm pretty upset that they put all of their effort into some stupid "automatic clutch" instead of giving us the things we actually want. Also why doesn't Honda sell a full power version of this bike in New Zealand? I have to pay an extra $1,300 NZD to get the bike derestricted which ruins the value of this bike.

I bought a brand new 2022 CB650R that was sitting at a dealer on Monday (5 days ago) because I didn’t like the updates that Honda made to the new one so I quickly got one before they’re all gone. I’m loving it. The only thing I wish it had is up and down quick shifter with auto blipping but overall I’m very happy with the bike. I have ordered a quick shifter so I’m looking forward to that. I have been riding it in the city and honestly, it’s super easy to go from 2nd or 1st into neutral so I still don’t think an automatic clutch is necessary. Maybe if you are stuck in slow moving traffic and have to keep feathering the clutch but we still don’t even know if the e clutch can do that. They have only shown videos of starting from a stop, not feathering.
