This is really helpful. But ms form doesnt seems to accept attachment if its from outsiders email. So hard for me to use it as recruitment. Is there a work around?

Yes, this is a disadvantage to MS Forms. One workaround option is to create a Request Files link. For example, create a folder in OneDrive and generate a Request Files Link. Then in your Form, you can include this link to say, 'upload resume to this link,' then the person will upload a file to that link. When they follow the link and upload a file they will be prompted to enter their name as well so that you can be notified they added a file. The downside to this is that it is not directly associated with the form submission, but it is an option available to you. Good luck!

Thank you for making this! I got it to work sadly though its only adding the first attachment and not adding any of the others. Not sure if I need a loop or something else to get the additional attachments onto the sharepoint list.

You are welcome! Yes, this does only attach the first document, this is due to the 'First' expression used. There is unfortunately not much content out there for multiple documents, I have read that it can be done but have not tested it out personally. I'll take a look at this and create a video in the future. I'm sorry if this is not helpful.

I learn a whole lot from your videos, thank you very much! I want to you use forms to external people (outside my organisation) but then i can not add a field (question) where they can upload a document. Is there a way around this? What are you’re thoughts? Greetings from Belgium

Hi from Canada! Thank you :) Unfortunately, this feature is not available for 'anyone can submit a response.' As an alternative, you could add a question to the form with a link to a File Request (create a folder in Sharepoint or OneDrive, right click and select File Request, follow the prompts to get the link). With the file request link, people won't be able to see contents, edit, delete or download other files, they will only be able to upload a file. This is not fool proof as they could submit your form and forget to upload the file, but it is the best workaround that I have found. Hopefully MS enables this feature in the future. I hope that this helps!

Thank you for the comment ❤️ Unfortunately, I do not know. Power BI is relatively new to me, from my searches on the internet, others have the same question but I have not found a solution. Sorry that I couldn't help, seems silly that this is not an OOTB feature!
