I bought a 23 4xe trailhawk and love it. Gets to 60 about the same time as my Hemi charger. It's expensive, but extremely capable on and off road, and fun to drive. You can get cheaper luxury PHEV SUV's, but not that will go where this does.

Jeep, please please please add a real overlanding inverter to this. Onboard air would be nice. This thing has a massive battery and no way to run an all electric camp from it necessitating a solar generator for no reason at all.

Prices and interest rates are too high. Even in July 2024, we are still selling 2023 cars. So, we are currently paying the price of a brand new car for cars that are more than one and a half years old. This is ridiculous.

With 170,000 miles on my 2012 Ford Edge, I have to start thinking about replacing it. These Trailhawk reviews piqued my interest until I checked out the Yelp reviews of 3 Jeep dealers within 25 mile radius. Boy, those dealers got SLAMMED big time for how they treated service customers. Guess I gotta stick with Honda (CRV) or Toyota (RAV4 or forthcoming Stout pickup).

I just bought one, 4 days later it broke down, had to have it towed back to the dealer....it was doing weird things, radio was going on and off, all the dash lights was flashing on and off, there telling me that the 12 volt battery maybe bad, there's 3 others besides mine for the same issue, I really like it

Thank you, Ben, for posting this video! I like that your review was mostly favorable and that you shared those concerns. I pulled the trigger and drove mine home tonight. Same color as the one in your video. What impressed me when I first viewed it in person was how much more agressive/off road it looks, especially when viewed from the front. Other initial impressions: This is a dynamic vehicle. Plentiful blend of luxury--tech--aggressive/off road look and feel--and fast. The 375 hp/470 lb. ft. torq. felt much faster than I envisioned. But then again I was used to driving a Rubicon V6 for the past 3 1/2 years LOL My intial drive home from the dealership indicates that it's going to be fun driving this vehicle. Again thanks for posting I enjoy all of your videos.

I had a 2017 v6 and now have 2023 4xe… it’s really quick faster than both v6 or v8

That 2.0 hybrid actually has more horsepower (375) and torque (470) than the Hemi, and the 2.0 hybrid is also MUCH more fuel efficient.

A friend is considering one of these. It'll be a mall queen, ( she'll never take it offroad ) but anyone had thoughts on the longevity of the drive train? Seems like the 4 banger is moving around a lot of weight and I'm not sure I trust Jeep electronics.

there is no 4xe v6, its a 4 cyl. that's why the 4xe's are no upgrade to the hemi.

Oh no big mistake removing the V6 and putting this four-cylinder tubo for a full-size SUV! We will not be buying another jeep grand Cherokee with a four-cylinder in it😡

Bought a 2020 Hemi JGC Trailhawk before they disappear. 4xe is a stupid name and they keep having recalls from battery and electronic issues. Seek out those hidden gem hemis before the 4xew and used V6's are your only option.

Hybrids are far superior and could be just as reliable, it's just that everyone hasn't been doing them as long as Toyota. After a year or 3 they'll get these ironed out.

I've had three jeeps and I will not buy the next. the amount of money that Stellantis is looking for is ridiculous and laughable. I'll give you a scenario I have a 2020 Jeep Overland high altitude Edition fully loaded 58000 MSRP. When I say fully loaded I mean I have automatic everything I I have air suspension I have premium sound system I have pano roof, vented and heated seats heated seats in the back. Been pating $550 with only the first month down. Now I'm being offered a Laredo which has a smaller screen a regular suspension 17 inch tires, manual passenger seat !! Cloth seats, no fog lights for $620 what does dollars down plus a trade in of my car!!!! and their reasoning the prices of the cars were raised😂😂... yeah way to go and price out your Prime customers.. If wanted a 70,000 car I'll go get a Range Rover or the amount of options you have in the price range is ridiculous.. such a stupid decision not to mention offensive.. jeep has been the best selling SUV because of this reason because it was manufactured for the regular people who loved it. But we are no longer their clientele they want to go upmarket. But I had a Range Rover before I started getting jeeps and I'll tell you right now I would never pay $70,000 for this brand, maybe for an SRT even then. These CEOs are so disconnected from the customers who their brand was built for . I am really really disappointed with the execs Jeep is a really good car but not for this money not even close and I really hate what they did with the new design, it's okay at best. I'll keep my 2020 58,000 MSRP car and finance for much less than renting the bare bones 4 cylinder. Greed will always destroy. They don't understand that the people who buy Jeeps are people who value their money who work hard for their money who care about the value that they receive for their money. They're going after people who will never be seen driving an American car. Such a shame and such a step backwards
