Most of road enthusiasts were not buying a new 200 - Land Cruiser. They would settle for an older model or go 4 Runner Tacoma or Jeep Wrangler. This is a good vehicle and the 1958 gives me what I was looking for in the redesign. The GX is nice but I can’t imaging will be under 80K. I want an off road wagon that will last 200k like the others I have in my driveway and I don’t want to pay 80k for it. I’m a happy future LC 1958 owner.

Agree. I’d choose V8, and naturally aspirated. Turbos don’t encourage reliability. It also adds to maintenance costs.

I totally agree! V8 engines, without turbochargers, are usually more reliable and cost less to maintain.

Man the LC rear taillights are underwhelming. Reminds me of like an oldschool Jeep compass mixed with a new bronco. Between these two I love the new GX, but we’ll see how the new 4Runner looks like

I totally get what you mean about the LC rear taillights. They do have a mix of that classic Jeep Compass style and a touch of the new Bronco. Personally, I'm leaning towards the new GX too. Can't wait to see how the upcoming 4Runner design turns out! 🚗👍 thanks for watching
