Not quite. The I7 is 2808kg, my Suzuki weighs about 900kg and the Austin is around 600kg. No I don’t drive around in heavy cars but with a combined weight of around 1500kg the I7 is very close to double both of my cars combined, or to put it another way, nearly 5x my Austin’s curb weight.

Ill give the S Class a pass on weight way before I give one to the M5. An S Class is supposed to be the flagship land yacht. it's not really meant to be sporty or agile. Modern Mercedes design does seem very same-y to me. Not a nice family resemblance, but a resemblance. I do like the tail of these new S Classes, but everything else about them reads "inflates C-Class" to me. Ideally the lesser cars would look like slighter, sleeker versions of the larger ones, but to me it seems to be the wrong way around.
