The Corinthians game field literally uses the same grass as the lambeau and the linc. The only reason players were slipping is bc in a football field the grass is cut higher than in the NFL. The players were advised to use deeper cleats than normal and they didn't. Then in the second half with the right cleats, no more slipping!!! It wasn't the fields fault, stop with this misinformation.

I feel like in the Colts and Texans game, the field played a bit of a factor. The Colts kept making CJ run for his life, so the fact that him looking off his game, still landed him 200+ yards, 2 tds, and no interceptions? That's a huge compliment. Edit: Also the Bengals never show up to week 1. Your Bengal call probably will still have legs

Brock Purdy had a wonderful game despite not passing for a TD. 65% completion rate, 7.96 Y/A, including 2 absolute dimes to Aiyuk that he dropped and a long bomb to Juszczyk inside the 5. He had one bad pass that got deflected, but made excellent decisions otherwise. PFF ranked him best QB of the week and I see where this came from since he’s anchoring the offense so well

As a falcons fan, that panic button is definitely in pressing distance. Yes the Steelers defense is incredible but the fact that they didn’t make any adjustments to stop TJ Watt is morbidly concerning and the extremely predictable play calling to help Kirk nurse his injured Achilles. It doesn’t look like Kirk is 100% and if they drop their next 2 I can see a change at qb coming

It’s rare to have major injuries on soccer fields. The surface has so much give and sliding is much easier. I noticed the game was much faster as well. Cheap NFL owners forcing people to play on plastic fields because they want to save money watering the grass. But they will gladly spend on their own private golf courses.
