I don't know what is going on in Carolina and Bryce Young, but the fact that since Germany, they almost beat the Chiefs, Bucs, and Eagles suggests that maybe they found the off ramp out of misery....or those three teams almost got beaten by their own egos.

After they played us(chiefs) I was genuinely impressed with both him and the team. They’re gritty. Canales has them wanting to play for him and they all genuinely look like they’re enjoying playing football which I think says a lot about canales. When they ended the season after firing rhule and had a little run to finish like 6-10, it made more sense because they had some real dudes on defense that year. This is a much less talented team at least name wise and they honestly look more complete than they did that year. Canales may be figuring some things out on the east coast and I could definetly see them being a surprise package next year if they draft well and make decent moves in FA

Consider this. The Lions won because they retrained the ball on the final drive. If they had punted on the play they turned the ball over on downs, that Green Bay scoring drive could have been 3 or 4 minutes longer, making the Packers last drive before the Lions winning drive, the final possession of the game, leaving Green Bay with the final game winning drive.

I agree that the doink for the devision was objectively funny. There was no reason it should have even hit the upright, since 30 yard field goals have a 92% completion rate this season and that kicker nailed three longer field goals earlier, but of course it did anyway and of course it went in. They are what I wanted them to be before the season started: showing Immense Signs of improvement on O but not winning enough games that they drop in the draft. (I wanted/expected the same for the Titans, Raiders & Cardinals). I'm happy for them except they apparently owe one or more draft picks from this season to the Bears too? So it's not |_all_ rosy. But yeah, I knew Bryce was no bust. Absolutely knew it. I think a lot of the problem early on was Diontae Johnson. Apparently he has some attitude issues & he was one of Those Players who on the sideline would not speak to or even look in Bryce's direction. If you don't get rid of guys like that they drag the whole team down with themselves if they can.
