2006 ninja 650 was my first bike. i literally cant say enough good things about that bike. an actual beautiful biking experience

@@Lalaafastroli I loved my Ninja 650! It was an amazing bike. My Vulcan S was my first bike. Same engine and it was always so perfect. Never had an issue

Oddly enough, I’ve never owned a Kawasaki, but I have ridden a few. Great bikes. I’ve owned a slew of Suzuki’s, Honda’s and Yamaha’s. Then Harley’s and lastly, Indian. That 500 is a great bike and all most people, especially newish riders need. Great job on the review.

@@602North thank you! Which Yamaha’s did you have? I’ve wanted to ride some but they don’t allow cameras on their rides. Gotta figure out how to be sneaky about it 👀🤫

@@MOTOBLADE I had a fzx700 (fazer) back in the mid 80’s…I think it was an 86, a yzf 600R back in 1997 and a 2010 Stratoliner. Loved them all.

Hello I recently bought a ninja 500 as my first bike ever. However since it's pretty new bike it's not that common to have any parts in our country. I can't find any accessories at all. What are some honorable alternatives for the carbin seat? Or could I just look for ninja400 things and it will fit fine?

I don’t know if ninja400 accessories will fit the same. Small things might, but if the frame is different then the seat may not be the same. Corbin is the only one I know of right now that may work for a custom seat. Another alternative would be to put a wild-ass seat cushion on it. There’s a link to those in the video description above👆🏻 I have one and I like it a lot. Makes any motorcycle seat 10x more comfortable.

I heard the 500 doesn’t really give you more than the 400.

They’ve discontinued the 400, but that might mean you can find a really great deal on the 400s vs the 500.

The Ninja 500 is technically a 451cc engine but for some reason Kawasaki thought they should call it the 500. The 650 is a 649cc engine and rightly so it's called a 650. I've owned the Ninja 650 since 2018. I also own a CBR650 and between my son and myself.. he's got the new ZX4rr and a 2009 R6. I've ridden all sorts of bikes since 1985 (Baggers, Goldwings & Harleys, Groms & dirt bikes, Can Am's & Scooters...and I'm here to tell you the Ninja 650 or Suzuki SV650 are probably the 2 most reliable and beginner friendly bikes out there. The new Ninja 500 is probably now in that category ! 🤔

My 650s (Vulcan S and Ninja) were both ultra reliable and low-maintenance. Two of the best bikes I’ve ever had!

@@MOTOBLADE ..almost bought a Vulcan S about 4 yrs ago but had a health issue that kept me from riding for a few yrs. Just started riding again when I bought the CBR 650 in late '23.

What kinda mods. I've found plenty. Outside of the seat. There's plenty out there
