Having just arrived from living 3 years in Japan, I can say with confidence that the nation that produced the phenom, Shohei Ohtani, hungrily follows his spectacular play. He is a source of national pride for Japan, the USA, and baseball-loving world. Being 16 time zones ahead, we in Japan knew the outcome of every Angels/Dodgers game earlier than the continental US 🤔.
