You should totally do the waterfall stream in your center island. Nothing stopping you but money lol. Especially with the trees and your gazebo. It would be like your own getaway steps from your own front door.

Years ago the huge SF Garden Show was held annually at the Cow Palace. It was fabulous and very much like the Seattle show….and then it was moved to a very small venue. How I miss it! Thanks for taking us along to Seattle.

I was going to say, "You had me at The Cheesecake Factory." But OMG what a great show! And to see so many of "our friends" there. Minneapolis has their Home & Garden show starting this Wednesday. Okay, Janey, you have inspired me so much this year (is it only February?) and now I want that pallet walkway for a garden I'm working on to add joy and whimsy to young children's lives as they pass my garden on their way to the park and maybe get them excited about gardening. So FUN seeing the garden show! I’ve been to the one that used to be held in Chicago a couple of times, the smell of the hyacinths and other flowers would hit my nose as soon as I walked into the building, a much needed delight in the cold Chicago winter! Janey the S.F. Flower and Garden Show used to be held at the Cow palace in San Francisco. It was amazing! Just like this one. 💐How I miss it. They moved it to San Mateo and it has never been the same 😕. Maybe yourself, Mr Glassman, Proven Winners and all your garden friends can bring it back to its glory?!?! So excellent to get a chance to go to this show-our SF show used to be owned by the same company as the Seattle show back in the day when it was at the Cow Palace -those were the the days ! Very similar to the size and scope you saw in Seattle. I always drive when I go to the PNW so I can plant shop-I always come back with a carload !

OMG ... what a wonderful "show" !!!! Here in Atlanta I so miss the SE Flower Show - sadly 2013 was the last show. I pray every year that someone, somewhere down here, somehow revives this wonderful event. Thank you ever so much for taking us around and letting us experience the whole thing with you. Such incredible displays full of creativity and inspiration. And those recycled bags - BRILLIANT !!! I will definitely be ordering a few for myself real soon ...
