I personally prefer the SterlingInk common planner and the Wonderland222 over the Hobonichi Cousin. I prefer the cleaner layout without the color and whiter paper but I also prefer the undated dailies. But the W222 is a step above for me because of all the additional function and tracking built in. It’s my main planner for 2024 and I’m so excited. But it’s an A5 and a chunk so like you’ll I’ll have an on the go planner. It’s the only planner I’m not set on and will change up thru the year - so I can use different planners I love and change up when my needs change during different seasons. My work planner is the Franklin A5 daily and I’m so excited for it too. I feel so good about my lineup. I’ve been sharing in pieces but will have a few 2024 videos as well coming. I have the following for 2024: Sweet Freckled Designs b6 - Using it as a "last year" before the wedding journal Plum Paper A5 - Everything (work, home, yearly pictures and turns into a yearly scrapbook/photo album) Sterling Ink Common Planner A5 - Weightloss/Health (calorie counting, working out, goals) AmandaRachLee Doodle Planner - my daughter's babysitter planner so I know how many diapers she's going through and how much she's eating and when. Great for tracking her milestones and moods etc. Papertess Yearly Notebook b6 - prayer journal and read the bible in a year notetaking

I have ALL the planners yet I really feel that the Hobonichi Cousin is truly the most perfect bound planner. That said, I still love all of the planners--WHY???!!!!!

Work has been A5 vertical weeklies + monthly action list for years. With EOY changes I added a weekly inbox/outbox page. I tested quarterly for major events. 2024 I’m turning that into A5 Do1P, less to archive, + quarterly pages. I use a generic TN for references; it’s a one band twist setup for two books driving me nuts. The notebooks are getting full and we moved offices, thus rendering it to Archive status. So I need a new set. I decided to go for a B6 cover, 4-bands, matchy-matchy with my 7-rings binder. I have B6 notebooks I’ve been wanting to use…now’s the time.

If you like the Pilot Frixion series - you must try the Frixion Knock-on gel pen. It's got a pen body that's weighted for comfort for longer writing sessions so it feels amazing in the hand. Plus, the erasable ink is darker than the first edition gel pens so the blank ink is rich and flows well. I loved it so much I got several so they're always within reach

I can seriously relate. I'm struggling with different size planners/journals. I definitely want an all in one common book. I'm waiting on a standard SI. I'm not sure about it. I have a hobonichi weeks mega and an A6 hobo. Plus an EC monthly....I'm sweating 😂 I definitely going to pray about it. It may sound silly but being indecisive makes me stressed out. I can't stand waivering to and fro. It's not cost effective nor is it good for me with clutter. I'm hoping to choose soon. Ultimately to complete 1 book from start to finish.

I think I have finally worked out my lineup - personal rings as a reference planner, Hobo Cousin for journaling/memory keeping, Hobo Weeks as EDC.

Oooh - covers & planners & die-cuts, oh my!! What a fantastic collection! With the exception of the ones you have decided upon, I'd just let the rest stay in the basket and "marinate" for a while. Launches and subsequent hauls will be coming "fast(ly) and furious(ly)" soon and you might get some inspiration that you wouldn't have right now. Don't you just love the word "undated"? I was going toward the 2024 Cousin, too, but then Sterling Ink blew up (again!) and I will be going with the Common book in my beloved B6 size for the "anchor" planner and either a Hobo Weeks Mega or A6 TN for an EDC/purse wallet. I have others (Abba/Prayer Journal), but really want to focus on just 2 for next year. Whew! Didn't mean to run on, but the anticipation is exciting 🤸‍♂! As always, TFS.

Yes! I have a big stack of planners in my head and I can’t decide what I want to use! I haven’t bought anything yet though, so availability may be the deciding factor for me. I am leaning towards a Stalogy because I have loved it this year, but I can’t decide between a B6 or an A5. I can’t wait to see how you end up using your supplies!

Do you write a lot? Write big? Decorate a lot? That's why I chose the A5 and it's not too big! Perfect for on the go. Using for a daily journal/common place.

After seeing one of your videos, I got the Weeks Mega with a plastic cover-on-cover. I've begun decorating it and filling out birthday/holiday stuff but you're not alone in wondering if/when you'll use your planners. A Sterling Ink Commonplace Planner is on its way to me after I completely forgot I did a pre-order for it months ago. It's an A5 like my journal and I have a handful of the butterfly closure Cousin covers to fit it but IDk... I've been in A5 for so long that it's comfortable and feels like 'home' but even though I'm not as mobile with activities and don't need it for work - traveling with a smaller form factor isn't an issue for me, I like that all the days are equal sized and there's blank room for misc stuff in the weeks. I feel like you've given me license to experiment after being locked into an A5 Archer & Olive planner where the weekends at the bottom of the page don't serve me now that my "weekend" is Tues/Wed coz of work and will change every few weeks.

I would rather have a large planner & notebook mix and not need it than need it and not have it. Whatever I don't use, I repurpose or use as gifts.

I am struggling putting together my 2024 lineup. I have an a5 Franklin Planner Japanese book bound. I also have an A5 weekly leuchstrum with a weeks layout. I also have an a5 leuchstrum grid notebook. I have all of this because the hobonichi cousin was not working for me. I want all of these in the same planner cover, so that I will be in all 3 together. I tried a Moterm a5 versa, but it’s waaaay to wide. I just ordered an a5 travelers notebook cover. Very excited about the FP daily but wanted a week at a glance and something I can freeform journal. The struggle is real!!

Thanks for sharing your basket with us. You always give me great ideas. I am locked into the EC Monthly planner for my knitting. I love keeping track on what projects I have on the go and ideas for future ones. Aura Estelle I am absolutely in love with. I bought the A5 undated with the cover and am still enjoying that planner. I have switched to passport size TN's for my on the go from Sterling Ink. Just waiting on a cover for those inserts. Here is my dilemma. All I need to add is an A6 daily. This year I am using the hobonichi daily but honestly I cannot get past the quotes on he bottom of the pages. I would love any recommendations for an A6 daily for 2024. I use the A6 for my daily gratitude so I wouldn't mind an undated one if that's the only option.

Look at the a6 kinbor. Mostly like the hobo but no quotes.

Here's my system next year: Main- Sterling Ink standard TN full year planner, monthly insert (finance), blank grid booklet (journaling) Faith- Papertess Designs B6 yearly planner EDC/health/common place- Papertess Designs Weekly planner I purchased a kit from The Pretty Pink Co that I hope will cover the entire month of January for decorating. I plan to design kits and deco in Canva throughout the year next year.

Keep your empty notebooks standing up in your bin, so when you get the urge, looking over and seeing all those notebooks will squash the urge. Laying them down, well you know what happens with out of sight, out of mind. 💖🌞🌵😷

Instead of having a basket or bin, I have a shelf that is designated for planners/notebooks for 2024 and it is filling up fast!🙈🙈🙈🤣

I just cleaned out my planner. And realized that I only use my future log, I keep a paper address book (in case I lose my phone) and my dailys. I keep a writing board and my stickers in the pocket. 💖🌞🌵😷
