Rode on Tug Hill today, 80 miles. Trails from Highmarket to Barnes Corners were all groomed and in good shape. A few thin spots, but really nice. Thanks for all your helpful videos.

How is your clutch kit working out so far on the Assault? I just ordered one for mine this week.

Stater kick out gear is gummed up , Sometimes when you tilted sled on side it would kick in and start. Noted on the ‘22 My buddies did the same thing. Got his fixed by trading it in on ‘24 900R. lol Recoil is always a good backup for sure.

@@JESSEJAMES322 oops my bad Jesse . Was watching a Paisty video just before flipping over to yours. Somehow the comment must have been posted on your video. Weird. Keep up the good work, love the technique aspect you bring to your videos. Learn a lot.

It’s too bad we don’t have a lot of snow this winter but it’s too bad the one year you’re on an assault it’s just trail riding with no deep snow to play in. Can’t wait to see the riding videos.

So, how did you attach the rox gauntlets to the rox hand guard?

The way you did it. I have red ones that i want to show and not take them off. I'm assuming Velcro or zip strips.

Since you took your secondary off, you know you can push the shaft through instead of taking the caliper off. The caliper bolts are a way bigger pain.
@JESSEJAMES32210 ай бұрын
thats an option? i dont think so
@nickaudia410 ай бұрын
@@JESSEJAMES322 behind the secondary clutch, you remove the 3 torx bolts holding the retainer plate for the jack shaft bearing, on the other side you remove the rotor bolt, then pull the brake pad pin, take the pads out, then as you slide the shaft to the clutch side, the rotor will drop out of the caliper and then you can also take the whole chain case cover off to clean out or swap gears. I do this process every time I do any chain service or trac swap.

not bad thinking! never even thought of that! thanks for the tip!
