Is that one of those screwed up ranges that don't allow you to load the mag into the rifle before you get to the line?

In PRS, you’re not allowed to load your rifle until you’re on the line ready to shoot, and given the command by the RO. All ranges operate cold as far as I know. It’s a safety thing.
