Great review Que. I have the previous generation ram 1500 with 8 speed and the hemi. I believe it is probably the tires and maybe the 3.92 axle ratio that is not helping with the mileage that that truck is getting. I have some very non aggressive a/t tires and I get around 19-22 mpg on the highway depending on temperatures. Around 14-16mpg in city driving. The suspension in the rams have been much more refined compared to ford or GM. The 8 speed ZF is a great smooth transmission and the hemi sounds awesome and has more than enough pick up. These are very nice trucks with kids, plenty of comfort and room.

Yeah I’ve had my 2023 now for 9k miles. I’ve averaged 14.6MPG through those first 9k miles. I have no idea where they get these 22/18 MPG miles. Best I get on the highway is 19.5MPG

That highway mileage is respectable but the actual mileage is like they never tested it
