Of people from his era, he’s one of the best performances you can see, he’s still definitely got what it takes. I hope he makes it into the rock hall himself soon, because while he may have flirted with new wave and synth stuff, he’s always been a rocker at heart. Jellyroll can sing..and I appreciate it that from a 'rapper'. I generally think that 99% of rappers are hacks. If you can't sing in key or play an instrument, you are not a musician. But he is different, because he can sing and clearly appreciates good music. However, here, he was definitely the weakest performer. He was pitchy and had problems with parts of the song. However, I am not going to be critical, because it was great to see that someone who is generally regarded as a rapper, has respect for good music. I heard him sing Skynard and he did a really good job there too. I am only making this post to counter some of the 'Jellyroll stole the show' type of comments that I see from people who clearly do not understand music. It is just like sports...just because someone or team is your favorite, it doesn't mean that they are the best. hehe.

I never appreciated Ozzy until later in life and he was just a nut, but honestly a good person AND hilarious. I used to watch the Osbournes and when he threw a ham at his neighbors house, tossed it right over the fence, I fell in love. Then he was doing a road trip with Jack and they went back to San Antonio to go to the Alamo. Ozzy got arrested there, he peed on one of the walls of the Alamo. Both Kelly and Jack had issues and I was so happy to see that as time went by, they both worked through them and was sad to hear that Jack has MS. HE is another one that really deserves to be in the hall of fame and I am so glad that both he and Cher were honored before they passed. I'm their age so I realize time goes by way too quickly.

Maybe Billy Eye Doll will learn something from this. Trust me when I say this…I respect anyone finding metal. Now…let’s find that old drawing board and doe me a deer.

When I first saw this, I thought Ozzy was in a wheelchair and I said OMG!! My cousin Lori introduced me to Ozzy and Judas Priest, two of the greats. She made me cassette tapes of their albums when I was like 10. Both are now in the RNRHOF along with Cher, another great.❤️

Cher made it in before Ozzy!??? Come on. Its supposed to be the Rock N Roll Hall of Fame. The closest Cher ever came to R & R is when she was married to Greg Allman. This institution has become so political that many of the inducted artists are calling it the R & R Hall of Shame.
@patriciareyes13562 ай бұрын
@@jeffreyrigby7324 Cher was inducted on the same night as Ozzy. I agree. A lot of the artist inducted into the RNRHOF are not technically rock n roll. I’ve heard many artists say they don’t care if they are in the RNRHOF. There are also many rock artists that should be in the RNRHOF but are not.

Thank you Randy Rhoads, Bob Daisley and Lee Kerslake. The band BLIZZARD OF OZZ was easily the greatest true hard rock ensemble of the 80's. Two albums and mike drop. Wish they could have done more. Ozzy is Ozzy - he's smart enough to hire the best and hopefully he's singing the praises of Butler and Daisley - without whom he'd have had no career.
