I was an avid bowler in the mid 70's bowled in all the classic leagues in various houses. Also bowled in some mixed handicap leagues which was much more lighthearted in comparison. Though less competitive (and fiscally rewarding) the mixed leagues were more fun. Your league and the interaction between all of you reminds me of that.

That was a great video Sarah. At 5 ft 11 you have a distinct advantage over most women. Maybe with the sarge Easter or maybe when you heal you can really get around the ball with that kind of length. Brunswick your buddy really can spin the ball with his Sarge Easter. Have a great New Year and go get that 900 set

Happy New Year! And as Sarah says "Peace Out Dawgs"! Just a side note, have you checked into Bill Hall's Tri-Grip? This setup helped me a lot! I have never hooked the ball a lot, but began having hand and wrist issues. My pro shop guy set me up with this tri-grip and extended my bowling career 12+ years now. And I get get more revs on the ball. I think you have adjusted well to the "sarge easter grip".

I still think adding a pinky to your grip would help with the wrist pain. Not sure Brunsnicks thoughts on this but have seen it help several people here in AZ.
