Just bought this very vehicle and same color yesterday and very happy with it. The 4Runner has been on my wish list for many years and finally able to afford it. I don't care about the latest bells and whistles, I care about safety and reliability and this vehicle has a proven record of it, and what I love is that it still manufactured in Japan.

@@Ryan2022 I just got mine last month same trim 2023 new with 10 miles for $41,000 some times it can be more than $500 reduction.

Limited is the perfect trim for my wife. Even over other trims like TRD ORP / TRD Pro. We also look at GX460 but 4Runner Limited was better suited for us even though finances was not a limitation.

My wife was just the opposite. I told her a Limited 4runner and a GX460 are about the same vehicle, she said "so if they are the same, you won't mind if we get the Lexus" She got me there 😅

@@michaellafrance6454You can explain here 4Runner has by far better ground clearance, has full gas tank skid even on base models, optional low profile automatic running boards, better cargo door design (to put stuff in and out with out getting wet), power rear glass if you have a dog(s), better fuel range, regular gas, even more the 5th gen 1GR-FE engine rated higher than the GX460 1UR-FE. So mechanically 4Runner sits higher but Gx460 sits higher in luxury.

GOT ONE UNDER GOUND you never know what color it will be , black, gray, blue, prices going down fast , I paid 47,200, my MINI LAND CRUISER, love the center Differential, Full frame, full time 4 wheel drive, full time truck, Just use it to go hunting with my dogs. Old guy retire .

2024 4Runner. Don’t care about the trim or the colour. The old timing chain V-6 and the olde school construct of this last Gen 5 4Runner make it the one to get. Who cares about the trim version? I liked the Limited. And I found the last of four in black on redwood within 509 miles of me. This car is the bomb. It’s all we wanted.

Just bought a 24 Tundra, love it, Toyota has to restyle the 4Runner, you can’t tell if it’s a 2015, or a 24, unless you really look at it, these things cost $50-65k, that said, they’re bulletproof vehicles

Any comments on the pro’s and con’s of the AWD vs part time 4WD?

It's a proven full-time 4wd system, and doesn't have many issues from what I've seen (A-TRAC is very similar to my Mitsubishi Montero's Super Select system). This system works much better in inclement weather, and can handle pretty much any off road scenario you can throw at it.

I recommend 4wd full time ....the 4wd part time system is only helpful for off roading or in dire on road situations. Keep in mind you cant drive the part time 4wd on any dry pavement or for tight turns. 4wd full time is the way to go bc it has an extra clutch that allows the wheels to spin at different rates

I bought my part time 4wd as mine is on pavement majority of the time and living in the desert. Couldn’t achieve 18 mpg and up with a fulltime 4wd 😂

Wow.. Good to know. I guess Toyota assumes everyone who buys a 4Runner Limited has an enclosed garage. That gas in the tank won't last in my carport where I live.@@Ryan2022

@@Ryan2022 are you sure cause they never mention that thing. one vlogger mentioned that it doesnt have pull latch.
