Special thanks to Wilsonville Toyota in Wilsonville, Oregon and to Yasser who helped me so much definitely holler at him if you need a new or used vehicle and John Scott, and the rest of the crew +25 offset Lol 😂 I am not a mechanic or an engineer. This channel is mostly entertainment and prices and vehicles on lights in my opinion lol 😂 but there has been some stuff circulating the Internet about these transmissions heating up so far I haven’t seen any videos of anyone taking their truck to the shop and getting it serviced so I don’t know what’s up with that, but the test drive seemed good. It's not a positive offset, higher positive offsets bring the wheel closer to the body. Negative offsets push the wheels out.

I’m sitting here having coffee. Looking at my 24 here in the woods. About to hit a few trails. I have a lot to say about this truck. Still old school enough to work on. They took what I like about the tundra and integrated it. Fixed what I didn’t like in gen 3. It really feels perfect.

@@littlekennytv5668 109 miles in and I had a driveline dust shield whining. They took it for three weeks for warranty while awaiting parts. 250 miles now. And even though I had a hiccup truck I STILL feel it is a superior truck over the 3g. It’s literally a different truck, with the bones of the early models. They price them to today’s market but in a way all products are priced higher. You either keep what you have and can afford or you try the new new. The new is really that good. I feel it in the seat.

That thing looks good with those 35s and the underground color. I think a lot of people are overreacting to the 4 cyl turbo. Its been used in other Toyota and Lexus models for a few years now with no issues. We're also talking Toyota here, they are not going to build crappy cars and trucks. Plus it has way better torque delivery than the old V6.

All things being equal…. ZR2 stock has 33's, higher ground clearance (enough to fit 35"s) lockers, crawl control, high performance suspension LED DRL's and is 48k on most lots. It is hard to justify what Toyota MSRP Stock plus add in any additional modifications to get it "trail ready" I will give it Toyota with the new Underground color and it not be a TRD Pro exclusive.

Yeah, that sounds pretty good and I think the Colorado would definitely be my first choice if I was to get anything other than a Tacoma I think because I don’t like how the Ranger raptor looks. I like the specs just don’t like the look They must be pretty popular where I live because I’m not sure if I’ve seen them the only Colorado that I seen the look halfway decent was the trail boss and I believe that trimmers underneath the ZR2 correct me if I’m wrong ! I hear you but the dealership test drove this truck and did all that stuff to make sure it doesn’t rub. I don’t work for the dealership and no I didn’t get out and see if it didn’t rub i at full lock but these guys build these trucks all day long they know what they are doing. Every time I watch it kills me because I should’ve just drove it on the street instead of taking it back through the parking lot. It just didn’t have too much gas in it. @@littlekennytv5668 financing wheels, tires and a lift kit is crazy. We work on Tacos all day at my job. The local dealership sends their vehicles to do these types of upgrades and the markup after fact if beyond stupid. I laugh when cars and trucks that I worked on driving around in my town. Knowing that person just got took to the cleaners by the dealership. You've just financed tires that won't even last the term of your auto loan. The cool thing is we wont put a high maintenance tire like a mudders on a truck that will most likely never see an inch of mud. People have a hard time remembering changing their oil. So having them remember to do a tire rotation every 5000 miles and having their alignment checked or done also is simply too much. Mudders wear weird and if you are not on top of it they will become junk fast. They are selling an aggressive look and that attracts people, but when the customer get a flat and realizes to replace one tire it's close to 450 bucks they always have a heart attack. I feel customizations like this should be what the owners should do themselves and pay on their own. Auto Dealers should be in the business of selling cars and aftermarket suppliers in the business of doing upgrades. Getting people to sign off on on highly market up aftermarket products (THE DEALER WILL NOT WARRANTY) and getting customer to sign on high interest loans for 5,6,7 years is criminal.
