Was on my way to get one myself but they sold it as I was driving there. I ended up with a 24 XSR900 and I don't feel bad about it. Fits me a bit better at 6'3. I wasn’t able to buy a bike in my 20s. Now, at 34 and in a much better financial situation, life has changed a bit. For a while, I struggled with some bad thoughts, questioning things and trying to figure out what my role in this life is. Then one day, my inner child spoke up: ‘What happened to your dreams? You care for your family, your child-but what about yourself?’ And so, I decided to listen to that voice. Now, on the less sentimental side: many German reviewers say the bike is so lightweight and agile that it’s super easy for beginners to handle. That sealed the deal for me, because when I saw the bike in this color for the first time, I instantly fell in love :D

The 765RS is the best value in motorcycling. It’s faster than I can ride (I’m mostly a literbike sportbike kinda guy), handles really well, and doesn’t destroy tires or drink gas. If it had more leg room I wouldn’t want to ride anything else as a main ride.

They're too similar, but we'll it's your choice. Personally I avoid very simillar mtorocycles. They're both triples and are supersports (come on the STR is a supersport it just has bars and no fairings with lower gears lmao they race it in wssp and TT).

@kupalisky3553Ай бұрын
@@rns6889 agreed. I took my STRS (exact same as this one) on track and it really is just as fast trackable as any other supersport. I wasn't missing fairings or clip ons, only reason I would ever get a bike in the category that is fully faired with clip ons is if I decide I want to race. If you want 2 bikes, get this and then get a superbike of your choice that is fully faired. At that power level is when you feel the difference in aerodynamics.

I spoiled myself with this bike. Ended up choosing the cosmic yellow, but had to wait for the 2025s to come in to get that color. I'm so glad I did. It was hard putting down $1k and then waiting four months. I'm going to do a few mods: Racefit Growler exhaust and tune, tail tidy with integrated tail light, low profile front signals, and bar end mirrors. This is my second motorcycle and I am quite confident I will never be getting rid of this one. Everything about the bike is so refined. But don't let that fool you, it's plenty grunty and fast if you open it up. I got the bike to have something to zip around town with but also venture into track riding. Just have to wait for some good weather. I live a bit further north than Yammie. Edited because I fat finger everything on my phone.

You can get a full system for a 18-22 RS and it'll mount to the 24' with no issues. But there is no tuning available for the 24' yet, so removing the cat with a full system is not the best choice.
