I agree... I have stated the same in conversations over the years. If you manage to become a decent motorcyclist, you consequently become a better driver... For all the reasons you mentioned.

i think the full rawness of motorcycling is just a pure raw no electronics type of bike with 0 assistance. i ride an rs125 two stroke and the rawness and power feels like a good blend of wanting all the adrenaline rush while learning how to perfect ur bike to ur style of riding

The thing i love about motorcycles most is the freedom. With a car, it invokes the feeling of it just being a tool to go from point a to point b. My motorcycle deadass talks to me, and nearly every waking hour, my bike is always like, "Hey man, wanna go explore over there this time?" Or "hey bro, let's go feel the wind in our hair for a bit," and every time im like... "Yes." Dont get me wrong. You can absolutely go exploring with a car, but there's just something about a bike that just calls to you. It took my family ages to get used to the fact that at random times, i just vanish into the sunrise or sunset on my valient steed for hours and then show up before dinner.

It’s finally happening after two whole years of talking about it I’m finally going to take my online drivers test and soon my msf course this summer I made a promise to myself that I’d have my motorcycle by junior year of high school, bits and parts of me are a little nervous ( I’m afraid of reversing in a car…) but still I’m still learning and have consumed quite a bit of information from you yam so thank you

SOME upgrade parts for bikes are cheaper. I've done some research, and full exhaust system from headers to tailpipe for a car/truck run damn near the same as for a bike. Makes ZERO sense.

I agree though driving cars can require skill tho I’ll admit not as much as motorcycles with everyday driving though when on the track I would argue they require just as much skill as a motorcycle especially if you’re drifting in a competitive setting.

@noahknight403913 сағат бұрын
Last year I had full gear on and it was so hot, I felt like I couldn’t breathe one day. And every time I lifted the shield the hot air made it worse. Personally I rather ride in a little bit of rain than extreme heat. But after that day I said I see why I see people with t shirts and shorts or women with tank tops and yoga pants riding around.

I have had a few people at work that want to ride with me.....one has a trike, and she is older and doesn't realize that I will take 1 corner and she would never see me again. Trikes are not bikes! Prove me wrong
@Anthony-nv7gd6 сағат бұрын
This is a phenomenal anecdote dude. Some old lady on a trike wants to ride with you but you’re so fast, she’d lose you in the first corner. Got it. You’re a rock star. Incredibly piss poor effort to try shifting to a prove me wrong comment. Nobody thinks a trike is a motorcycle. It’s literally called a trike. Nobody wants to prove you wrong. What is trail braking, how do you load the front-end and how does that impact traction? Why does it impact traction? If go up 3 on my rear sprocket and down 1 on my front sprocket, how will that impact my gear ratios, trail, and rake? Pat yourself on the back when all this shit makes perfect sense, not because you think you can dust an old lady on a trike. I guarantee this clown doesn’t know shit about riding and probably doesn’t wear gear. Prove me wrong.

Throwing up a bunch of lame opinions on why smart guys like him, don't even attempt it. Is the telltale sign of the Yammie Noob! He'll have electrics soon. You watch. They're low maintenance.
